 Entrepreneurs create much needed jobs to sustain their families, the families of their employees in these difficult times. However, if mentorship can be provided and these entities grow then more business creation can take place.

We are providing full entrepreneurial training during our workshops; many of our presenters are well qualified and have volunteered their services as a contribution to Entrepreneurs and the Enterprise Development.

 Growing Hands through partnership with donors assists where it can to provide financial assistance to Applicants, this could even include provision of foods hampers to participants for example.  This is one of the offerings that Growing Hands Enterprise Development provides financial assistance to poor and developing communities and start up micro enterprises at no charge or repayment to help kick start their businesses.  However the overwhelming majority of its support to micro businesses is in the form of training, coaching, marketing training and support at no charge.

If applicants that go through the training are successful at their business initiatives the organisation does not compel them to repay or to offer the same training they have received to new applicants, however it does encourage people that come into contact with the organisation which could be former applicants to share their experience and support at no compulsion to new applicants
